There are only 35 km to the splendid sea city of Burgas and 90 km to the sea capital Varna. These two cities are one of the biggest and most attractive ones in Bulgaria, both having airports, big sea ports and many other amenities and places of cultural interest worth visiting. The area is suitable for fishing and having trips for relaxation and fun in the picturesque vicinity around. The studio has a living area of 37.21 sq. m and its total area with the common parts included is 47sq.m. It is in a wonderful new building in this most attractive sea resort. It is in excellent condition and has a cooking area fitted with an oven, fridge, sink, cupboards and cutlery and crockery.
