This complex is only 35 km. from Burgas - a famous Bulgarian city by the sea, and 18 km. from the international airport of Burgas. In close proximity is the historical town of Nessebar - a World Heritage Place under the protection of UNESCO.

In the first wing and partly in the second wing there is a lobby/ reception /not a common service for most of the residential buildings/ which simplifies the rental process.
