Maintenance and management of the apartments:
The management company has signed long term agreements with one of the biggest and most prominent tour operators in Europe, namely TUI UK, TUI Nordic, Thomas Cook AG, Thomas Cook France, TUI Deutschland, Thomas Cook AG, Alltours flugreisen, JetAir, Globtour, Luxair etc. and several other international tour operators in order to secure the best occupancy rates for each season.
Management fee – 25% of the rental income paid to the management company.
Maintenance of the common parts, green areas and swimming pools, cable TV and telephone bills, security and payroll of stuff will be provided by the complex management.
Maintenance fee – 7,5EUR/sq.m with VAT annually.
Payment plan:
