Maintenance and management of the complex:

For that the apartment owners  have to pay a one-year maintenance fee which will be used for maintenance of the communal parts of the buildings and the whole complex, maintenance of the swimming pools, year round security, use of the swimming pools, lighting of the communal parts of the buildings and the complex.
Annual maintenance fee – 7 EUR/sq.m without VAT

Payment plans:
2000 EUR – deposit in order to reserve an apartment if your choice ( valid for one month )

First option:
- 100% on Signing the Notary deed

Second option:
