Layout
The complete area of the village that has been built-up amounts to over 30,000 sq.m. The residential zone offers a great choice of over 200 apartments that vary in size between 60 sq.m. and 250 sq.m. They are handed over completely finished. On the ground level is a backyard with a barbeque for each apartment.

All owners and guests of the complex will have a large underground parking area at their disposal.
The area is protected throughout the year by security guards and security cameras. Only apartment owners and their guests will be allowed inside the complex.

The recreational village has a modern and luxurious service centre at its disposal which completely conforms to the owners’ and guests’ comfort expectations. The owners’ luggage will be brought to their homes by bell-boys. Cleaning and room service will be provided on a daily basis to fulfill the cleanliness and comfort requirements. A dry cleaning spot has been planned where the clothes will be picked up and brought to the residences.

It is a recreational village which was built in harmony with the native nature. Only natural materials were used for the whole construction in order to protect the nature and the eco-balance. 70% of the area of the village consists of alleys, playgrounds, public zones with much greenery and beautiful gardens with many flowers and plants. The complex will be car free. Driving along the alleys will be done in electricity-powered cars.

The wide and long beach of the recreational village is located between the crystal clear waters of the bay and the picturesque rocks of Strandja Mountains. The beach will be at the owners’ and guests’ exclusive disposal. There, they will be able to relax in luxurious chaise longs, to get refreshments in the nearest beach bar or to be entertained in the big aqua-park. Only elite teachers will teach at the surf and water ski schools. Diving, mountain biking and hunting activities have been planned for adventure seekers. For those who wish to go for an exotic spree various shopping trips to the cosmopolitan city of Istanbul will be offered. The numerous bars and pools will be located in the front part of the area in order to provide peace and quiet to the inhabitants.
