A large and very busy hotel complex built in 2004 situated close to a railway station on the outskirts of the popular tourist destination of Tryavna.

The hotel comprises, 17 double letting rooms all en-suite, one apartment, main restaurant for 60 covers, summer garden for dining which expands the restaurant capacity by a further 150 covers and there is also a traditional Mehana (tavern) which caters for a further 100 covers. Situated inside the hotel are several communal relaxation areas, which are equipped with seating and games areas the first of which is sited off of the main reception and hosts a snooker table. Outside there are gardens and a pool area, which has two pools, one of 120 cubic metres designated as an adult pool and the second one of 20 cubic metres used as the children’s pool. In the pool area there is also a cocktail bar with table and chairs for 60 people. The attic space, which is currently undeveloped and used for storage would provide the new owners with space to install an additional 10 en-suite letting rooms or 5 letting rooms and a conference room. The complex also benefits from central heating, triple glazed upvc wood grained windows and doors, thermo insulation, car parking for 12 vehicles and a large indoor space designated as a fitness centre but currently is not operable as it is not equipped. The land is also equipped with an anti flooding system. The hotel is being sold fully equipped and staffed and currently has bookings through until September 2007.
