The village of Mirovci - Municipality of Novi Pazar (region - Shumen) This area is called "The Ludogorie". It is an ancient Bulgarian land, overgrown with century-old oak forests, old standing witnesses of forgotten events which occured in the former land "DELI ORMAN". The village of Mirovci is located in this ravishing and lovely land, surrounded by forests, a river and dams, in the immediate vicinity of the First Bulgarian Capital - "Pliska", 20 km away from the towering high up in the rocks Madara Horseman, 14 km away from the town of Novi Pazar and only an hour away from the coast and major city of Varna. If you walk on the streets of the village you will see old houses and walls built of stone, in traditional bulgarian style. The yards are large, most of them planted with vegetables, vineyards, fruit trees and full of bee hives. There is no house without a water well in the village, without an old oven or stone granary. There is a very beautiful lake just next to the village. It is a place where you can find peace and quiet and enjoy the nature. Great place for holiday seekers !
