Stage 1 is the ApartHotel complex, which is due for completion at the end of December 2007. This consists of 179 luxury apartments in Sections A, B, C, D and E. Stage 2 is the suites and spa section which is due for completion at the end of 2008/the beginning of 2009. This consists of 202 suites and studio apartments in Sections F, G and H together with six luxury maisonettes.
