After the great interest for the previous project, „The Lake House“, „The Windmill“ is our next project of the same style which has unique design and will be perfectly constructed. As any of our projects, the Windmill is no exception of the rule and is intended for people who desire to live in a remarkable house and enjoy the unique choice they have made. Besides its excellent appearance, the Windmill is distinguished for its perfect interior and disposition of rooms which will bring the future owner the convinience and pleasure of living there. In addition to this, the place where the compound will be constructed reveals a picturesque view towards the outskirts of the Balkan Mountains. The house we propose to build has a total area of 160 sq.m. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a dining-room, a living-room, a studio, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. The yard is about 800 sq.m. All you have to do is just to choose the Windmill to be your home and let UNIQUE PROJECT do it as perfectly as only we can do it!
