Good sized villa in large village with huge plot and lots of small outbuildings. Needs little work - new bathroom, new kitchen, decorating. But lived in and fairly good order. Large basement. Unparalleled views to both Balkans and Sredna Goro mountains.

This is an excellent villa and very good value. It has a large garden in front of it and neighbouring plots are available (although expensive in comparison) and wonderful views to both the Balkans and the Sredna Gora mountains. There are a number of small sheds and outbuildings, a huge garage and a nice terrace. Inside there is a small dining area leading on to a kitchen, although these two rooms could be knocked into one to give a good sized kitchen/dining area. There is a large lounge and a downstairs bathroom. Internal stairs lead up to two bedrooms which both have access to a large balcony and there is a small room at the top of the stairs that could be made into a shower room if required. The house would need probably only a further 10,000 Euros or so spending on it to put in new bathrooms and kitchen and do a little upgrading. It is in a large, lively village just off the main road from Sofia to Burgas and is around 15 minutes from Kazanlak and 25 to 30 minutes from Stara Zagora. Close to a large reservoir and in the Valley of the Roses.
