Think of moving to Spain - 2007/07/09 07:59 As a result of Spain's beautiful scenery, pleasant climatic conditions, multi-faced cultures and so on. I think, buying property in Spain is a sensible choice so as to change my tedious life and start a new life in a pleasant environment. Recently, I've found on the internet that Spain's real estate industry increased dramatically, more foreigners and investors have bought houses in Spain, some people buy them for living or enjoying after retirement, others for making more money. So, I think, I must grasp the opportunity, mallorca property, tenerife property and so on are the hotspots which attract investors's attention. I also think, they are very nice. Hoping to hear your suggestions.

Re:Think of moving to Spain - 2007/07/25 04:12 Well, I don't think it is sensitive to buy a new house at abroad, most foreigners rent a house if necessary, that is convenient , cheap and flexible. If you just want to invest and then make more profits, in my opinion, you'd better wait until the house prices decrease and then buy it. Live or rent as you wishes, once the prices increases, you sell it. What do you think of that? buying property in spain and spanish property are welcome houses I’ve found on the property website.
