Selling properties - 2006/04/11 09:45 Hi
Few months ago, I found a customer for my property in this web site, and I was very pleased with this. Now I post my new AD, and I hope to find new custommer for my property in RADOMIRTZI. I think that it will be a great deal, because I sell only for 20000EUR 600sq.m. of plot with old brick two story house.

The property that I'm selling now i located between Sofia and Pleven. It is 35 km from Pleven and 45 min away from Sofia. The plot is located between two major streets in the village. The good news is that the new highway will be very close, but not in the village. The prices in the area began to rise. Also there is two stoty brick house in the plot. The house is old and needs some repairs. And all this is just for 20 000EUR.

THIS REALY IS A GREAT DEAL !!!
