Housing prices in the country have peaked and the time has come for a decrease, the Real Estates national organization was cited as saying.

Data of the association has shown that the average floorage cost in capital Sofia and costal center Varna was EUR 1,000 last year.

In Brussels the average price is said to be EUR 1,400 and in Budapest - EUR 1,225.
