Bulgarian company Hydrotours 94 will build a complex of 800 apartments in Sofia's north-eastern Levski residential district. Residential property of 100 apartments in the capital city is being developed by construction company Orbi Engineering.

Bulgarian company Hydrotours 94 will build a complex of 800 apartments in Sofia's north-eastern Levski residential district. Residential property of 100 apartments in the capital city is being developed by construction company Orbi Engineering. The 35 mln euro Panorama complex will consist of three buildings and will have a total built-up area of 70,500 sq. m. Building 1 should be tenable by September 2006 with buildings 2 and 3 due for completion a year later. The 2.0 ha development will also include a 1,000 sq m build-to-suit hypermarket and as much storage space.

Another residential property is being developed by construction company Orbi Engineering.

Work on a 100-unit apartment building in Sofia's Manastirski Livadi residential district is due for kick-off be February 2006.

The 10,000 sq. m. complex will include office premises, shops and aboveground and underground parking facilities. The apartments will range in size from 50 to 120 sq. m.
