New holiday complex to be build near Varna

Bulgarian developer Planex Holding intends to build a 4.9 mln euro complex in the Black Sea resort St St Constantine and Elena near city of Varna. The money for the construction will be covered by the company itself with the balance borrowed from Raiffeisenbank. The return of investment is planned after a period of 8 years. The complex will have four residential buildings, one hotel and gardens of 14,000 sq m. The name of the complex is Splendid St. Constantine. Till now over 30% of the 55 apartments are sold, despite the construction will be finished in June.
